Although we are a small company compared to our major competitors, from the outset we have always paid our fair share of tax. At a time when it seems fashionable to avoid tax and even gloat about it, we assiduously meet our obligations. We don’t have a Byzantine corporate structure with obscure ownership chains that loop through Panama from Lichtenstein to the Cayman Islands.
Our corporate structure is simple. We have a UK-based subsidiary who is the vendor of record for all our European sales, and who pays the correct VAT to each jurisdiction in which a sale is made. The same is true for our other main markets, the US, Canada and Australia.
